<p>Heights was entrusted by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development to deliver a large-scale activation that brought the spirit of volunteerism to life through a striking human formation spelling the Arabic word &#8220;متطوع&#8221; (“Volunteer”). The project encompassed end-to-end creative direction, spatial planning, participant coordination, and seamless on-site execution.<br />
To complement the formation, the event featured an engaging car and bike parade, curated to enhance public visibility and participation, while reflecting the energy and unity of the national volunteer movement.</p>

<p>Heights was proud to support Rally Hail with full operational and production services. Our scope included the complete design and setup of the main event site, including branding, decoration, and thematic elements that reflected the rally’s adventurous spirit. We managed the entire logistics flow from planning to execution, with a focus on visitor engagement and smooth ground operations. In addition to the main event infrastructure, Heights organized and executed a dynamic car and bike parade, adding a powerful public activation component to the event. Our services also included technical setup, media coverage coordination, and overall event management to ensure an impactful and seamless experience for all stakeholders and attendees.</p>


Rally Hail

<p data-start="86" data-end="677">The Taif Marathon was a large-scale public sporting event hosted in the scenic highlands of Taif, designed to promote active lifestyles and reinforce the city’s role as a destination for wellness, tourism, and community engagement. Heights played a role in supporting the execution and operational delivery of the marathon, including coordination with stakeholders, crowd services, and event logistics. The event showcased the city’s natural landscape while fostering public participation and promoting athletic excellence in line with national health and tourism goals.</p>

<p>In partnership with the Saudi Ministry of Health, Heights organized the #Walk_30 event, supporting the Ministry’s mission to enhance public health and well-being. With the participation of His Excellency the Minister of Health, Mr. Fahd bin Abdulaziz Al-Jalajel, the event focused on promoting physical fitness and encouraging a community committed to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.The event took place simultaneously in 13 different parts of Saudi Arabia.</p>

<p>As part of the Saudi Quality of Life program, we were delighted at Heights to be the organizing partner for the Supercopa de España Fan Zone in Riyadh. The area featured entertainment shows and interactive challenges, both football-related and electronic. Visitors enjoyed a variety of local and international restaurants and cafes.</p>
