Heights was proud to support Rally Hail with full operational and production services. Our scope included the complete design and setup of the main event site, including branding, decoration, and thematic elements that reflected the rally’s adventurous spirit. We managed the entire logistics flow from planning to execution, with a focus on visitor engagement and smooth ground operations. In addition to the main event infrastructure, Heights organized and executed a dynamic car and bike parade, adding a powerful public activation component to the event. Our services also included technical setup, media coverage coordination, and overall event management to ensure an impactful and seamless experience for all stakeholders and attendees.
