Multimedia is the type of media that utilizes a combination of different content forms, such as text, audio, still images, animation, video and interactivity. Multimedia is recorded and played, displayed or accessed by information content processing devices, such as computerized and electronic devices.
Multimedia has numerous advantages toward the traditional media. One of such positive characteristics is that multimedia presentations and reocrdings can be viewed on stage, projected, transmitted or played locally with a media player or streamed live or on-demand.
